Our Executive Leaders
Jeff was appointed President & CEO of Array in July 2017 after serving as President & COO for two years. He was a director on Array’s board from 2012 to 2015. Jeff is a former President & CEO of three different Canadian public manufacturing companies including Peerless Carpet Corporation, The Algo Group and Shermag Inc. He has a broad range of manufacturing, importing, outsourcing and supply chain expertise and is a chemical engineer by training.
Tom assumed the role of Executive Chairman & Head of Global Business Development for Array in mid 2017. He joined Array in 1999 and has held a number of senior roles in the organization including Vice President of Operations, President, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. He has been instrumental in establishing Array’s global capabilities including its operations in China and its manufacturing alliances with partners in France, the United Kingdom and in Mexico. Tom is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (C.I.M.A. – U.K) with international experience in senior Financial, Operational and General Management positions with blue chip companies, latterly with Campbell Soup Company. He is also a frequent guest lecturer on Global Retail Merchandising at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. Tom was recently appointed ‘Honorary Professor of Marketing’ at Heriot Watt.
Trish joined Array in 2016 as CFO. She brings 18 years of experience as a CFO and financial executive with growing, mid-sized businesses. Trish was previously Senior Financial Advisor to the CEO at Baylin Technologies and served as CFO of Kraus Flooring from 2011-2014, supporting the distressed company through a sale, financing and turnaround while partnering with a private equity investor. Responsible for all financial, IT and treasury departments, Trish has supported the company’s accelerated growth environment through financial rigour and by building out corporate competencies and management systems.
Robert is an accomplished Operations Professional with over 25 years of experience in the display industry. In the past he has held the positions of Project Manager, Plant Manager and Operations Manager. Robert was also Vice President of Operations in Array’s New York Office. Most recently he has managed many blue chip clients as a Senior Account Executive. In his current role Robert is responsible for all aspects of Sales Management at Array.
In 1981, after spending 5 years playing professional hockey in Europe, John Fielding returned to Canada where he and his brother Bill founded IDMD Design and Manufacturing, an award-winning retail merchandising company. In 2000 the Fielding Brothers sold IDMD; however, John remained as a consultant and shareholder with what is now known as Array. As well as being a shareholder he serves as a director on the Board of Array. John continues to bring his entrepreneurial spirit to all aspects of industry and his passion to all areas of his personal and professional life.
Ken is an Operations Professional who has worked in the fixture manufacturing business for more than 20 years. A certified Cabinet Maker in the Swedish tradition, Ken, together with his brother Stephen created CCI Fixtures in 1981. For 20 years, he built the company based on successful relationships with many of the top luxury brands. In 2001, Ken and his company joined the Array family. Ken now oversees all fixture programs for Array, actively working with both brands and retailers.
James is an Industrial Designer with over 25 years’ experience in the merchandising industry. In 1992, he joined Array and helped develop the Creative Department into one of the leading design groups in the retail solutions arena. Shortly thereafter, as Vice President of Creative, James was responsible for design & development across all of Array’s divisions. In his new role as Vice President of Design & Innovation James is leading Array’s efforts to drive innovation and creativity throughout the business. His involvement with many of the most respected retailers and brands in the industry has earned James a reputation as a visionary in-store merchandising authority.
